Up to 1 week before your event, you can make changes to your event participation for a charge of TWD400 (plus service fee). Attention: The email confirmation + QR code you receive once you have purchased a transfer is NOT a new ticket!
Next, please inform us about the transaction in the existing/ new email chain by sending an email to info@hyroxhk.com. Our Customer Support team will then make the requested rebooking and come back to you shortly.
